    Job Description :
    • Customer interaction in US / Europe / Asia Pacific (large companies like DuPont, 3M, Alcoa, Maersk, Citigroup, Siemens, etc.).
    • Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution (remote) for Enterprise scale Zycus soft wares.
    • Interacting with Procurement team members at the customer’s end.
    • Training Buyers and Suppliers on how to use Zycus solutions.
    • Ensuring that the Suppliers participate in the events scheduled.
    • Provide convincing responses to customers and elicit positive feedback.
    • Achieve responsiveness objectives as laid down.
    • Proactive communication with customers to understand if the solution is working as implemented.
    • Proactive software maintenance remotely to identify potential issues.
    • Provide feedback to implementation team / product management on the Features / improvements needed in the software / solution.
