    Job Position : Trainee – Human Resource

    Experience :     0 – 1 Years

    Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore

    Job Responsibilities :

    * Understanding the manpower needs and ensuring accomplishment of the same with the resourcing team
    * Sourcing and shortlisting of profiles.
    * Administer & evaluation of tests and assignments.
    * Conduct Interviews for junior positions
    * Interview coordination, follow-up and feedback at junior and mid-level.
    * Coordinate and organize campus recruitment activities pan India.
